Rosie-- I'm having a blast with my iPhone stuff--I think you will, too. If you want any help or advice, let me know. A Tessellation is a repeating pattern. In my example the pattern is repeated, flipped and inverted to create a design that interests me. --Bill

While photoshop "trickery" is a lot of fun, I would dearly love to see this image not so altered, and even in B&W. Any way you can indulge me in this request?

Interesting things you're doing here Bill. I like the way the curving warp of the iPhone app on Climbing Rose Embrace enhances the sinuousity (is that a word?) of the rose winding over the garage. My favorite, though, remains Contemplation: you distilled the picture down to essential elements and there's a nice tension between the electric curvy lines and the calm, contemplative scene.

Fabulous photograph. Great use of Silver Efex 2, including the border.

I love this image. For some reason, before I saw the name of the boat, it looked like the boat was holding up the bridge. Silly, I know. As always, you have a great eye and do not discount the possibility of a good B&W hidden in the colors.

Bill, so you have been expanding your mind at LBCC. Excellent. Love the colors in this Gulls 1 photo, and Gulls 2 works fine in B&W. That's the beauty of a great photo, works all sorts of ways. Do you have Gulls 3? Could you create a triptych of this scenario? Shelley

Wow! Look at that slouch. Maybe a better name for this picture would be "Monitor Slave" or "Computer Junkie with Victims." And thanks to the victims, here, too - Joan and her friend were a great audience.

Bill, this is a such a sweet image. It reminds me of all the different levels we as photographers can capture.
