Monet in Ushuaia – Inspired by Monet’s paintings of waterlilies
Congrats to the PAG’s Phil Coleman, who has two prints in the Oregon Society of Artists current juried exhibition “Portraits and Figures.”One of Phil’s prints, shown here, was sold at the reception earlier this month. According to OSH, the exhibit “aims to showcase the wide range of experimental forms, compositions, and subjects featured in contemporary depictions of the figure. . . . (which) remains one of the most challenging and rewarding subjects to represent in both form and concept.”
The show runs through Feb. 27 at the OSA Gallery, 2185 SW Park Place in Portland. (hours are Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and Sat 1-4pm).
